Future Goals ~ Aspirations ~ Dreams
In 2012 I will graduate from Erie Community College as a Occupational Therapy Assistant! I am still deciding where I will continue my education and earn a higher degree. I am looking foward to sharing my knowledge and helping the peolple in my community!
Ride for Roswell
One June 25, 2011 I plan of participating in The Ride for Roswell. I will be raising money and awareness for cancer research and treatment. I will be riding as a team with my dad, cousin Marcine, friend Michelle, and her sister Amie.
Adventure
One thing I would like to be a part of is a inspirational educational outdoor adventure group called Inner Quest.This program encompasses my love and appreciation for the outdoors and for helping expand the mind of individuals through team building exercises.
Spiritual
I have aspirations to complete a yoga teacher training program. There are several month long programs, including one in India. It is a goal of mine to encorporate my knowledge of yoga, and the mind body connection into my occupational therapy profession. I believe this will be a valuable tool.
Travel
It is a goal of mine to travel the world. I plan on experiencing as many counties and cultures as possible! I would love to put my knowledge of occupational therapy to use in other counties helping the less fortunate.
My Future Family
I feel blessed to be a woman, and to be able to create life. My future plans include getting married and having a family of my own some day. I would love to have three children! I would like to have the most natural childbirth as possible. If I am successful with The Bradley Method, I would like to perhaps teach it.
